1. Overview

This policy covers iRespond's website, demo requests, client dashboard, and automation workflows. For our marketing site and dashboard, iRespond is the controller of the information described below.

For conversations your customers have with your AI agent, iRespond acts as a processor on your behalf — that data belongs to your business, and your own customers should refer to your privacy policy for how it's handled. This policy doesn't change that relationship.

2. Information we collect

Contact and business details you provide when requesting a demo or setting up an account — name, company name, company email, phone number, industry, and what you'd like to automate.

Account and usage data in the client dashboard, such as login details, AI reply counts, and payment status.

Conversation data your AI agent processes on behalf of your business, handled under our agreement with you.

Basic technical preferences, such as your light/dark theme choice, stored locally in your browser.

3. How we use information

To respond to demo requests and configure your AI agent.

To operate, maintain, and improve the Service — agents, automation workflows, and the dashboard.

To send billing, account, and support communications.

To provide human handoff and customer support when you need it.

4. Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run iRespond: Supabase for authentication and data storage, n8n for automation workflows, an AI provider for generating agent replies, and an email provider for notifications. These providers process data only to help deliver the Service — we don't sell personal data to anyone.

5. Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. If you ask us to delete your demo request or account data, we'll do so within a reasonable time, except where we're required to retain it.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we take it seriously.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@irespond.io. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

8. Cookies & local storage

We don't use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. The only thing we store in your browser is a small local-storage value that remembers your light/dark theme preference — it stays on your device and isn't shared with us or anyone else.

9. Children's privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and isn't directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date below reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
